I found the coolest website while trying to find nutritional information about barley: Nutrition Data. Think of almost any food and you can see a really fun breakdown of vitamins, minerals, fat, protein and whether it’s a good food for weight loss or weight gain, not to mention how filling it is, and what foods have complimentary amino acids. How nuts. I’ve sort of been looking up foods for the past hour or so. Perhaps it is time to pull myself away…
