I just discovered the most anti-atkins food ever: Velveeta Cheesy Shells. In one box there are almost 150 grams of carbohydrates, not to mention a wonderful 1080 calories. If you’re trying to watch your weight, this is not the food for you. If you’re trying to gain weight, shovel it in. If you’re really trying to gain weight, add a tiny bit of milk and some cheddar. It’s even cheesier!
